The production process of Stamperia Bosatra begins from the purchase of raw materials, brass and its alloys, which are cut afterwards in the diameter and length established for the article to produce.
Brass sections, called also “billet slices” are brought at the required temperature for forging (650-720°C) and through the use of our machinery, they are hot forged to obtain the requested articles.
After forging, excess material is removed through shearing.
Afterwards, the components can be sanded and processed mechanically.
Upon request, aesthetic and functional surface treatments can be applied (chrome/ nickel plating, etc.) and the parts can be assembled upon customer specification.
Before shipping, all the components are checked by our quality assurance department.
